Rules for using LootShed.
These Terms of Service form a legally binding contract governing your access to, and purchases made via, the LootShed website.

Terms of Service
Effective Date: June 3, 2026
Welcome to the digital platform ecosystem operated by NOVENTRA TECH LTD, a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales under corporate registration number 17256413 (referred to herein as the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). This document forms a legally binding contract governing your interaction with, access to, and purchases made via the website lootshed.net (the "Website").
By navigating our pages, completing account authorization, or initiating any financial transaction on the Website, you formally acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not consent to these parameters, you must immediately terminate your use of the Website.
Section 1: Core Functionality & Intellectual Property Boundaries
1.1 Scope of Platform Intermediation
The Website operates as a high-performance digital intermediary environment designed exclusively to facilitate the commercial circulation, purchasing, listing, and peer-to-peer resale of virtual in-game assets and cosmetic items (commonly referred to as "skins") compatible with external gaming ecosystems, primarily Valve Corporation’s Steam platform.
1.2 Absolute Separation of IP Rights
- The Company does not create, design, manufacture, modify, or hold proprietary title to the virtual assets traded on the platform.
- All intellectual property rights, trademarks, brand titles, and software assets—including but not limited to Dota 2, Counter-Strike (CS2 / CS:GO), and related Valve software code—remain the exclusive, un-alienable property of their respective creators and publishers (such as Valve Corporation).
- Our role is technically and legally confined to facilitating secure transaction routing, hosting the listing database, and coordinating automated delivery dispatch through third-party APIs.
Section 2: Access Eligibility & Jurisdictional Frameworks
2.1 Age Affirmation and Legal Capacity
Access to our transaction modules is strictly restricted to individuals who have achieved the full legal age of majority under the laws of their local residence. Under no circumstances may any user be under 18 years old. By interacting with our platform, you issue an ongoing warranty of your full legal and contractual capacity.
2.2 Mandatory Verification (KYC / AML)
To satisfy international risk mitigation, fraud control, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards, we reserve the absolute right to deploy mandatory identity checks, age-screening protocols, and Know Your Customer (KYC) frameworks. This may occur during onboarding, high-volume trading, or cash-out requests. Providing fabricated, altered, or misleading documentation will trigger an immediate, non-negotiable termination of your account, forfeiture of pending balances, and potential reporting to financial intelligence units.
2.3 Geographic and Boundary Controls
Our services are offered internationally, subject to strict geopolitical exclusions.
- Access is automatically prohibited to individuals who are citizens of, or reside within, jurisdictions subject to international trade embargoes, comprehensive financial sanctions, or high-risk regulatory designations.
- Users are individually responsible for ensuring that accessing a skin-trading intermediary environment is fully compliant with their local municipal laws.
Section 3: Account Synchronization & Security
3.1 Third-Party OpenID Authentication
To unlock transactional and inventory features, users must establish a profile session by authenticating through secure third-party single sign-on frameworks, specifically Steam OpenID. We never receive, view, or store your raw Steam credentials.
3.2 Security Custody and Fraud Mitigation
- You retain exclusive, 100% liability for securing your session tokens, API configurations, and account parameters. Any action, purchase, or listing initiated via your authenticated profile is legally deemed to be executed directly by you.
- The Company reserves the unilateral authority to temporarily freeze, fundamentally restrict, or permanently scrub profiles showing operational markers of security compromise, chargeback risks, or system abuse.
Section 4: Commerce, Customer Billing & Pricing
4.1 Checkout Architecture
By finalizing an order on the Website, you agree to clear the total aggregated cost generated at the checkout interface. This summary encompasses the item's valuation, dynamic platform service overheads, and any statutory taxation. All primary internal accounting is anchored in Euros (€) unless dynamically adjusted by our authorized checkout nodes.
4.2 Financial Compliance Standards
All payment operations are routed through accredited third-party payment service providers (PSPs) compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). NOVENTRA TECH LTD does not harvest, store, or process raw credit/debit card numbers or sensitive banking credentials.
4.3 Payment Malpractice
The deployment of cloned, unauthorized, or compromised payment mechanisms is strictly prohibited. Detection of such methods will trigger an automated platform-wide rollback, cancellation of pending digital deliveries, immediate asset freezing, and routing of user metadata to applicable law enforcement bodies.
Section 5: Digital Dispatch & Steam Transfer Rules
5.1 Automated Transfer Routing
Upon verified payment confirmation from our processors, digital items are dispatched directly to the user’s linked Steam profile via automated peer-to-peer networks or Steam Trade Offers.
5.2 Delivery Timeline Frameworks
- Standard Resolution: Most asset transfers are finalized within a standard window of 7 days.
- Extended Resolution: Due to Steam API throttling, inventory synchronization issues, or external network latency, the dispatch window may extend up to 14 days.
- Failure Clause: If a purchased asset fails to successfully clear routing to your inventory after 14 days, you possess the right to request a structurally identical replacement asset of equal value or a complete financial reversal to your source payment method without penalty.
5.3 Recipient Technical Obligations
To avoid delivery drops, your recipient account must be actively trade-eligible. You are required to:
- Supply an accurate, fully operational Steam Trade URL.
- Maintain Steam Guard and Mobile Authenticator activation without interruption.
- Keep your profile free of active community holds, trade bans, or inventory freezes.
- Notice: The Company is entirely absolved of liability for items routed to dead ends or dropped due to user account non-compliance.
Section 6: Vendor Marketplace & Payout Matrices
6.1 Listing Integrity
Users wishing to liquidate items must categorize assets accurately. The platform reserves the right to scrub or reject any listing without prior consultation if it flags our automated anti-fraud metrics.
6.2 Platform Monetization (Commission)
A fixed service commission of 10% is deducted by the platform from the total settled price of every successfully completed peer-to-peer sale.
6.3 Payout Matrix & Financial Boundaries
When requesting a cash-out of your accrued earnings, the following structural parameters apply:
| Parameter | Operational Status |
|---|---|
| Minimum Threshold | €10 per individual outbound request |
| Maximum Ceiling | €5,000 per individual transaction limit |
| Standard Processing Time | Monitored and settled within 3 to 7 business days post-delivery validation |
| Supported Channels | Visa/Mastercard debit networks |
6.4 Delay & Forfeiture Triggers
Outbound payouts can be delayed, reversed, or permanently retained by our compliance desk under suspicions of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) breaches, duplicate transaction anomalies, or geographic sanction violations.
Section 7: Cancellations, Refunds & Waiver of Rights
7.1 Instant Digital Execution Waiver
Under the scope of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and equivalent consumer protection laws, users generally retain a 14-day window to withdraw from service agreements. However, due to the instant execution nature of our digital delivery ecosystem:
CRITICAL WAIVER: By finalizing your transaction and accepting immediate asset delivery via the automated trade system, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to waive your statutory right of withdrawal.
7.2 General Refund Eligibility
Delivered and accepted digital assets are structurally non-refundable. Cancellations are only possible if initiated prior to payment processing. Where a refund is exceptionally approved by management, the capital will be returned to the source payment route within 14 days.
Section 8: System Interference & Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following behaviors:
- Utilizing unauthorized automated software, scrapers, headless browsers, or trading bots to scrape data or manipulate prices.
- Executing arbitrary chargebacks through card providers (Chargeback Abuse).
- Attempting to mask true physical locations via proxy chaining or VPN manipulation to bypass geographic restrictions.
- Utilizing the platform's liquidity pools to hide illicit financial gains or facilitate unauthorized currency exchanges.
Section 9: Liability Ceilings & Indemnification
9.1 Service Availability
The platform is provided on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis. We make no promises of perpetual uptime, error-free data synchronization, or immune database systems.
9.2 Liability Limitation
To the absolute maximum extent tolerated by law, the Company shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or special financial losses, nor for disruptions directly caused by third-party infrastructure failures (such as Steam network crashes, Valve platform-wide trading locks, or global ISP drops).
9.3 Indemnity Obligation
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its officers against all legal expenses, regulatory fines, and damages stemming from your willful misconduct or violation of this agreement.
Section 10: Resolution Pipelines & Governing Law
10.1 Applicable Law
This Agreement, its interpretation, and any extra-contractual obligations arising out of it shall be governed by, and construed strictly in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales.
10.2 Conflict Resolution Pipeline
Before launching formal litigation, you agree to submit a formal ticket to our internal support desk. We pledge to review and attempt to amicably resolve all disputes within 14 business days.
10.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution
Consumers residing within the EU or UK retain the legal right to submit unresolved grievances to the official European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) portal accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Section 11: Revisions & Company Registry
11.1 Dynamic Modifications
We reserve the right to alter this text. If a change materially reshapes your financial obligations, we will broadcast a notice at least 7 days prior to activation. Your continued platform use past this window seals your acceptance.
